Mini-Sessions to begin February 1st

Join us for your neighborhood Farmer to Farmer Mini-sessions. The round table discussions will include updates from the NRCS office and the Walla Walla County Conservation District. We will discuss relevant regulatory changes and things folks should be aware of, such as the Voluntary Stewardship Program and nitrate levels. Each session will have time for a discussion on what’s working on your fields and ranches, your concerns, and what would you like assistance with through new programs and/or technical assistance.  9 a.m. Thursday, February 1^st: Touchet-Lowden-Gardena area at Ed Chvatal’s shop

8 a.m. Tuesday February 6^th: Waitsburg area at Lions Club Building at Waitsburg Fairgrounds

9 a.m. Wednesday February 7^th: Lyons Ferry Rd/Clyde area at the shop of Jason & John Hair

1 p.m. Wednesday February 7^th: Walla Walla area including Valley Grove/Spring Valley/Mill Creek/Russell                Creek at Walla Walla Community College, Water & Environment Center

9 a.m. Thursday February 8^th: Sudbury at the house next to Mark Sherry’s shop on Harvey Shaw
