Special Meeting November 13, 2018

The regular November board meeting is a Special Meeting and will be held at 4 p.m. on November 13th,  2018.  The Nov 2018_agenda includes adoption of an election resolution (see related notice on this site).

The Open Public Meetings Act requires the district to inform the public whenever the board of supervisors meets to conduct business. Publishing the regular meeting schedule meets this requirement.  Any meetings held outside the regular meeting schedule must be special meetings and as such, the agenda must be posted.  The meeting this month, while officially a special meeting, is just the ordinary meeting of the board held a day later than usual.
