Monthly meetings of the WWCCD Board of Supervisors are open to the public.
We offer a variety of services for landowners whose properties include areas next to rivers, streams, and other bodies of water, called riparian areas. These services can help address erosion, salmon habitat, water quality and more.
Participate in the Voluntary Stewardship Program (VSP) to help farms achieve environmental and growth management mandates through voluntary cooperation, as opposed to regulation. Participants also gain access to funding for additional farm-friendly natural resource projects.
The lead state administrator for VSP is the Washington State Conservation Commission).
Every VSP County must develop local work plans and submit regular progress reports.
