Our Board
Walla Walla County Conservation District is governed by a board of five members, called supervisors. Three supervisors are locally elected and two are state-appointed. Supervisors serve without compensation—they are volunteer officials.

Board Members & Meetings
Board supervisors make sure Walla Walla County Conservation District (WWCCD) fulfills their statutory duty, upholds the law, and uses taxpayer dollars efficiently and effectively, among many other responsibilities. They serve as spokespeople for the district and communicate with the local citizens they represent.

Board Supervisor Elections—Get Involved!
Conservation districts conduct elections to fill the volunteer positions on their boards. WWCCD typically hosts elections in the first quarter of each calendar year to fill positions on the board of supervisors, and voters have the option to request a mail-in ballot or to vote in person.
If you are a registered voter living in the boundaries of the district (the unincorporated areas of the county) we need your voice. Please follow our website, Facebook page, or contact us to subscribe to our newsletter to receive announcements about election dates.
